What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty program covers the model of Phantom Glass™ purchased from any chips, breaks, or user installation issues. Should any of these occur, please submit a warranty claim. Original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Claims missing the original receipt will be declined. Click here to review the full warranty terms and conditions.
My Phantom Glass™ broke, how do I get a replacement?
Please email warranty@phantom.glass with a copy of your original receipt and photos/descriptions of the issue with your Phantom Glass™. One of our warranty reps will respond within one business day with next steps. Please note that shipping and handling fees will apply to all warranty replacements.
How much are shipping and handling fees?
Shipping and handling fees vary depending on city and country of the recipient. For an accurate quote, please contact our customer service team at contact@phantom.glass.
I accidentally ordered the wrong product, how do I exchange it?
We can definitely exchange the product for you. Please email our customer service team at contact@phantom.glass and one our reps will be in touch within one business day with next steps on how to exchange your product.
I accidentally put in the wrong address and my order was returned to sender.
How do I get it resent?
Please contact our customer service team at contact@phantom.glass with your order number and they will provide next steps. Packages returned to Phantom Glass™ due to incorrect shipping information provided, unclaimed packages, etc., additional fees will be charged to resend.
I received a free sample, is it covered under the warranty program?
All sample and promotional products have no retail value and are not eligible for the warranty program. If you are experiencing an issue with your a sample or promotional product you have received, please contact our customer service team at contact@phantom.glass.
How do I apply my Phantom Glass™?
Applying your Phantom Glass™ is as easy as 1-2-3! Simply remove your Phantom Glass™ from the case. Use the included alcohol swap and microfibre cloth to thoroughly clean your screen, ensuring no dust, debris, or fingerprints are visible. Remove the protective layer marked "Step 2" to reveal the silicone nano-adhesion. Carefully align your Phantom Glass to your device, ensuring that it is aligned both vertically and horizontally. Can I use my Phantom Glass™ with any case?
Yes! Phantom Glass™ works with most cases, including snug-fitting ones. The unique silicone nano-adhesion layer ensures that Phantom Glass™ won't bubble or peel at the edges, unlike traditional film screen protectors.

What is your official web-store?
Our official web-store is www.phantom.glass and is managed by one of our partnered retailers, Jump+. All of our warranty claims are processed through our promo site promo.phantom.glass. We also occasionally run promotions through this site as well.
I got dust underneath my screen, how do I remove it?
Gently lift Phantom Glass™ off your device from one corner, being very careful not to touch or scratch the silicone side. Use a piece of scotch tape to remove the debris from your phone and/or silicone side. Then realign and reapply your Phantom Glass™ to your device. Do not attempt to wash or clean the silicone side with a cloth as this will damage the silicone nano-adhesion layer.
What makes the Edge-To-Edge for the iPhone 6/6+ and Note 4 different from the Classic Clear models?
The Classic Clear model of Phantom Glass™ is all glass and covers the maximum amount of screen surface before the edge of the curved screen. Since Phantom Glass™ is so thin (0.2mm) it is very difficult to concave the glass in order for it to fit the curve without compromising the glass. So to combat the challenge of the curved screens, we have taken our patent pending technology for the Classic Clear models and married it with acrylic and aluminium. The black and white acrylic are for those looking to keep the stock look of their phone. Space grey, silver and gold aluminium is available to match the backs of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.
I want to return the product I purchased, what is your refund policy?
All sales of Phantom Glass™ are final. Any packages unused and unopened can be returned for an exchange or credit to be used towards another purchase. For further questions about exchanges or our return policy, please email contact@phantom.glass.
