Full Warranty Terms & Conditions

This warranty applies only to and extends for the lifetime of the first purchaser or gift recipient of the applicable Phantom Glass™ product through Proprietary Innovation Labs Inc. (“PIL”) and is not transferable. All products of Phantom Glass™ are non-refundable. Exchanges for incorrect product purchases and/or buyer remorse will be at the sole discretion of Phantom Glass™. In the case where an exchange is approved, the return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer. Should Phantom Glass™ be defective out of the box, please immediately contact warranty@phantom.glass.

The Phantom Glass™ Lifetime Warranty covers damages, breaks, scratches, chips and/or user installation issues. Should any of these occur, a replacement of the Phantom Glass™ model originally purchased will be provided. The Phantom Glass™ Lifetime Warranty is only applicable to the original model purchased and is not applicable to device upgrades. The only cost to the customer for a replacement is shipping and handling fees, which are based on the country and state/province of the customer. Any import, duties, and/or government fees are at the responsibility of the customer. All warranty claims can be submitted to warranty@phantom.glass providing a description of the defect, an image of the product with the defect visible and proof of purchase.

Phantom Glass™ will provide replacements up to 3 years from the date the device model was released. After 3 years or once the device has become EOL (End of Life), replacements are available while quantities last. Click here for device release dates.

Phantom Glass™ reserves the right to revoke the warranty privilege from the purchaser at any time, without requiring the expressed, written consent from “PIL”

MAGIC™ by Phantom Glass is not applicable for the Phantom Glass warranty program. "PIL" is not liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of MAGIC™ or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits to the purchaser.

Except for the express warranties provided herein, “PIL” makes no express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to our products in terms of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, design, condition, quality, or performance. In addition “PIL” will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of it’s products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits to the purchaser.

PIL reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit “PIL” products, distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain. “PIL” reserves the right to replace Phantom Glass™ at our sole option. If the product under warranty becomes inactive or no longer in production, “PIL” reserves the right to replace the inactive product with a similar or better product in accordance to “PIL”’s judgment and discretion. Excluding the express warranty provided, “PIL”, in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of any “PIL” product, including, but without limitation, device damage, data loss, or personal injury.
